Classes Resume
The Afro-Brazilian Carnaval 2013 was a huge hit! Thank you to all the students who took part of this event and congratulations to all those who have received their new belt. They look great! Now it’s time to get back to training so that you get the next one!

This is a reminder that the following days are cancelled this month at the Richmond Martial Arts studio:

That is because most of the Richmond students will be attending the Afro-Brazilian Carnaval and Vancouver Batizado for that week.

We’re expanding!
Due to such a great growth in the past year, starting January 8th, Axé Capoeira will also be taught in Richmond every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30pm along with the regular Saturdays from 1-2:30pm at the Richmond Martial Arts studio.
More classes means more training! I hope everyone can make it!

Vancouver Batizado 2012
Hey Richmond Students,
Be sure to register early for this year’s week long summer event!
July 23rd to July 29th.
We will have classes and workshops taught by teachers and mestres from places like Brazil, Victoria, Toronto, Phoenix, Russia, Poland, and many more!
There will also be a big parade celebration and a capoeira competition.
